Added Sugars – the Slow Poison is another masterpiece on personal health and fitness from the author! This is my second book from the author. Like her previous book (20 Healthy Foods for Weight Loss), this too is great in its scope. This book brings us the knowledge of added and refined sugars in our day-to-day life.
