21VI SADI MEIN DAREN YA LADEN by Arvind Kumar Srivastav is a Hindi title; it is a powerful self-help book. The book means whether to fight or fear in the 21st century. The author believes that an individual is capable of achieving what he or she thinks but there are hurdles that not only break one’s dreams but also demotivate to an extent that one finds it tough to think anything beyond his set tenacity. Well, this book is here to change your perspectives about your limited thinking and beliefs.
It seems the author has a lot of wisdom and experiences about life and he is eager to share with millions of people across the world through this wonderfully written book. The core theme of the book is to bring a shift in mindset for progress, achievements, happy life and much more. The book is easy to read, written in around 20 chapters with a lot of quotes from eminent personalities, indeed the book is a treasure for Hindi readers. In fact, the book is so good with its intensity that it should be translated into many other languages.
In the preface and epilogue part, the author emphasized on leadership skills, but as one chugs ahead with the book, it reveals that the author is more focused towards achieving Goals in life. So, in a sense, it means that until and unless a person explores its latent leadership stance, there cannot be a paradigm shift in growth or achieving goals. The book is full of take-aways and builds an ambience of positivity. In between it says aptly that problems lay the foundation of solutions, and every moment is an auspicious moment to start new and fresh in life.
Though this books fall under the genre of self-help, yet it offers everything in sequence. The arrangement of chapters is done wisely, so that there should be maximum learning. In between the author used English phrases and words to better place the learning. He aptly explained the difference between agreement and relationship and how does it work in longer term. Similarly, there is coverage on several ‘A’ like – Attack, Add, Adjust, Accept, Affirm, Ask.
Chapters based on focus on work, how to focus on goal, still there is time, fear or fight – are incredible piece of treasure. The more you praise this book, the less it is. It is a brilliant book but at on a con side the author used tough Hindi. It should have been a little easier for normal to native readers. The book has all elements that can inspire you to lead a life that is good and meaningful for you.
